Relatives of SEOC Clergy

I have read an understand the above Rules and Regulations of Saint Elizabeth Orthodox Cemetery and agree to fully comply with them. Furthermore I understand that family and those responsible for funeral / burial arrangements are also bound to comply with these  Rules and Regulations. I verify that all the information listed on the Application Form is true to the best of my knowledge.

Cemetery Rules
  1. The Cemetery is under the jurisdiction of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America.
  2. Full payment must be made before a lot is assigned.
  3. All graves must have a permanent monument within one year after the deceased is buried. To preserve the character of the Cemetery, all monuments must be approved by the standing SEOC Cemetery Committee. Monuments must not exceed 36 inches in total height.
  4. A non-Orthodox Christian married to a Church member may be admitted for burial together with his/her spouse.
  5. Only Orthodox Christian clergy may officiate religious services at the Cemetery.
  6. All lots are non-transferable, unless approved by the governing SEOC Cemetery Committee.
  7. Please refer to the SEOC cemetery by-laws for further regulations.
